easyTrain.com is in the process of updating its new login area. If you booked your ticket before 1st November 2025, you can continue to manage your booking using our legacy manager here. This area allows you to view booking details as well as arrange cancellations with your carrier.
To log in successfully you will need your:
Email Address
This is the email address that was used to book your ticket.
Reservation Email
This was sent to your email address when you completed the booking.
DIS Booking Number
This can be found at the top of your Reservation Email.
Last Name
The Last Name that was used to book your ticket.
